DEW ON A LEAF

 Dew on a leaf is one of my long awaited poem , for which I longed to be amidst nature and write a few lines .

Honestly,things become easy when they are done at the place where they yield their best.Sitting in the arms of Creation and create to give it back....a wonderful feeling of accomplishment This poem is my tribute to the Nature who gives us so much but doesn't want anything in return.

                                                               Dew on a leaf

Pearls are falling from the Paradise

lying lazily on the grass,

Do not touch them ,they are as tender as a glass.

It seems as if nature has adorned itself with diamonds,

The opportunity comes rare,behold the charm from zenith to horizon.

Hold your breathe there is more to see,

The boundless beauty and the ecstasy. 

The best time  when Nature wakes up and lifts it veil,

It's not spring it's not April.

Sitting in the field and feeding my eyes, 

Will open and shut them waiting for a new surprise.

It's so comforting sitting on the Mother's lap,

It cuddles you and you desire for one more nap.

The dazzling charm should never fade away,

The best companion is Her for any getaway.

The flower bloom and the bees get busy,

The picture before my eyes drive me crazy.

The little stream flows down the fields,

Has sparkling water,beauty's revealed.

I bow my head in gratitude

Just as tree laden with fruits salute.

The allure of nature has mesmerised me,close your eyes and hold my hands,

Let's take the journey with a glee.
