The Warmth of Winter

The chill of the season keeps me warm,

The crispy wind has its charm.

The sun's heat has cozy delight,

When it touches me that really excites.

The shivering hands look for a blaze,

The cold feet deny to chase.

The red nose gets numb,

The chattering teeth give aches to gums.

Recalling the beauty of winter snow,

Subsides the pain and gives a glow.

Santa riding on reindeers,
