 We are blessed because the Almighty has bestowed us with emotions. The most powerful possession that  humans ever had. Emotions add depth, meaning and colours to human experiences. If there were no  emotions how dull ,lifeless and flat our life would have been . The ultimate power of emotions can be felt  only by the ways we express them. Emotions are not just reactions but they act as a lens through which  we experience the logic and intellect world as well as feeling of others for you. We find a deep connection with everything around us that no matter whether they are inevitable or  evitable. We do not connect with this through our five sense only but the strongest connection happens  through emotions.It seeps deep  into every space, object, and relationship we touch. Emotions can be classified into two categories -strong emotions and weak emotions.  There are times  when strong emotion takes the wheel and plays its part and situation...

Have you ever stumbled across this phrase ,"Smell the roses and blow out the Candles " Well here I'm not talking about any fancy anniversary or birthday party . I'm talking about the most  popular way of deep breathing ,"Smell the roses and  blow out the candles ".This is the kind of breathing  exercise which toddlers are made to practice the correct way of breathing . But why toddlers only ? The  time demands that every human being should practice this technique of inhaling and exhaling.  The time has changed and so has the life style . We have embraced the life , where we are running most  of  the time to catch up with our schedules, deadlines and notifications keeping our health at stake .  Our fast paced modern life style has made us shallow breathers .  Monsoon is same but surroundings have changed . Do you agree? Well it's upto you. But after reading  this article ,many of you will agree with me . Let's begin with my childhood, memories . What   impression do you have when rain comes to your mind , I remember , the first shower meant ,to go out and  get drenched , in spite of getting warning from my mother of falling sick after getting wet ,but I always  turned deaf ears to her  warning and rushed out  .  The next thing was paper boat ,making newspaper boat was one of my favourite hobbies  during the  season  and after making boat ,I used to let it go free in a small drains over flowing with water and then  following it ,where ever  the boat floated until it was completely sunken under water.   I find "IF" a perfect word in english vocabulary. There is one straight reason for my liking that this word  has the power to alter reality and also refers to endless possibilities. What IF the life is full of IFS and no buts ,it means endless possibilities without any worries.Everybody wants the life full of joy, bliss, blessings ,minus worries, tension and no distress and no concern.  The life free of trouble and anxiety can only be lead if ,IF is introduced in a spirited and dynamic way, wondering how to achieve ?? The way is simple ,as it is said ,nothing is impossible, if you think in right direction and in an affirmative way ,you life will be as perfect as if . Don't take IF for hypothetical situations because then it would be like a dream ,that remains a dream forever . What if , there is no if or buts , then there is no question to be asked ,everything is final , no delay , no discussion , no protest .But we are counting this phrase at all .  What will happ...

  जब भी मैंने हनुमान जी को राम जी के साथ देखा ,या तो हनुमान जी राम जी  के चरणों में बैठे होते है , या राम जी से गले मिल रहे होते है , या फिर राम भक्ति में लीन रहते है I राम और हनुमान जी के स्नेह की कथा जग जाहिर है ।  जब राम जी पहली बार हमुमान जी से  मिले थे तो उन्होंने हनुमान जी को गले लगाया , इसके बाद हनुमान जी ने राम के चरणों में जगह पायी , इसका मतलब ये है की अपनी जगह श्री राम के चरणों में बना कर , हनुमान जी हमेशा के लिए राम के ह्रदय में बस गए । कितना सरल है हमारा सनातन धर्म ,कि चरण से सीधा हृदय में बैठा  देता है ।  ये बात तो हुई  बीते युग की ,अब बात करते है आज के समय की ,मुझे याद है जब भी हमारे यहाँ  कोई उम्रदराज या किसी बड़े बूढ़े का आना होता था, तब माँ और घर के समस्त सदस्य उनका आदर से पैर छूते थे । तरीका था ,अपने दोनों  हाथो से अपने बुजुर्गो के पैरो को छूकर आशीर्वाद लेना । अच्छा मैं तो यह भी पढ़ा है की नेपाल ,श्रीलंका और मॉरिशस में भी लोग दंडवत होकर प्रणाम करते थे, वो भी हिन्दू और बोध समुदाय के , दंडवत प्रणाम  केवल सम्मान नहीं अपि...

Love has its funny sides , it lets you live , it doesn't , it brings joy and laughter but heartbreaks and tears too.Not everyone can digest it and I proudly declare that I'm the one who can't. ​GET OUT LOVE  Get out love you're a boredom, Get out love let me enjoy my freedom. Get out love you are a headache , Get out love let me move ahead. Get out love find someone else, Get out love I don't want my eyes to swell. Love is not my cup of tea, It's for no one I guarantee. साथ रहना ,फिर दूर जाना ,फिर से साथ आना ,ज़िन्दगी कुछ ऐसे ही चलती है ,साथ रहकर जो हसीन लम्हे हम बुनते है ,उन हसीन लम्हो की छाप दिल में हमेशा रहती है चाहे हमसफ़र पास हो या दूर हो ..................।  कुछ फुरसत के लम्हे संग गुजरते है , चलो आनेवाले वक़्त को सवारते है , जो लम्हे पीछे छूटे गए , उन छूटे हुए लम्हो को पुकारते है , कुछ फुरसत के लम्हे संग गुजरते है , रात दिन जो सपने हमने संग देखे थे , उन सपनो को फिर निहारते है , कुछ पल फुरसत के संग गुजरते है। 

   How just a small sentence makes you think about the depth hidden in the words spoken .The words sound simple for some but for some the same words pave ways for deep thinking . The incident which I am about to narrate is a small conversation with one of my acquaintances.  हर रोज़ की तरह मॉर्निंग वाक पे निकली थी ,उस दिल न जाने क्यों चलते चलते १२ क्लास की इंग्लिश बुक की एक कहानी मेरे दिमाग में घूमने लगा - जिसका टाइटल था The last lesson I इस कहानी में उस समय का वर्णन है जब जर्मनी ने फ्रांस के दो शहरो - एल्सेस और लोरेन पर कब्ज़ा किया और ये आदेश दिया की वहां के स्कूलों में केवल जर्मन पढ़ाई जाएगी I इस बात को सुनकर शहर के बच्चे और बुर्जग स्कूल में इक्खट्टा हुए क्यूंकि उस दिन स्कूल में फ्रेंच आखिरी बार पढ़ाई जानी थी I जब क्लास में आखरी बार फ्रेंच पढ़ाई जा रही थी तो बाहर पहले चर्च की घंटी की आवाज़ सुनाई दी, फिर मार्च करते हुए सैनिको की पदचाप की ,दोनों ही आवाज़े एक दूसरे के विपरीत थी I चर्च की घंटी का बजना शांति और विश्वास , का प्रतीक वही सैनिको को दी गयी कमांड बल और अशांति का प्रतीक था I   सुबह की सैर करते हुए कुछ ऐसा ही दृश्य था, एक तरफ ग्राउंड में हो रही थी परेड, जहाँ बहुत से जवान मॉर्निंग ड्रिल कर रहे थे और कदमताल करते हुए अपने कमांडर का आदेश ले रहे थे और दूसरी तरफ था ग्राउंड स...

                                      मानो या ना मानो.....मानो तो सब कुछ ना मानो तो कुछ नहीं। ये किस्सा कोई मनघडंत वाकया नहीं पर एक आप बीती है। बात है 2017 की ,तब मैं अपने घर के पास एक जाने माने स्कूल मैं शिक्षिका के रूप में कार्यरत थी ।हमारे स्कूल की फ्रेंच टीचर ,बच्चो के लिए यूरोप का educational ट्रिप का विचार हम सभी स्टाफरूम में बैठे टीचर्स से साझा कर रही थी। मैं भी बड़ी उत्सुकता से उनकी बातों को ध्यान से सुन रही थी । उन्होने बताया की 8 दिन के ट्रिप में 4 देश जिसमे घूमना ,रहना और खाना, मात्र खर्च एक लाख सत्तर हज़ार रुपए था ।मेरे पूछने में उन्होंने बताया की अगर कोई टीचर भी जाने की इच्छुक है तो वो भी चल सकती है। मैं और मेरी एक और सहकर्मी के अलावा कोई और इच्छुक नहीं था । बच्चों का ट्रिप किसी कारण कैंसिल हो गया ,हमें बड़ी निराशा हुई ,पर जब फ्रेंच टीचर ने हमें सुझाव दिया की क्यों न इसे पर्सनल ट्रिप बना दिया जा...

                                                                             सुकून ......... क्या है दो पल का सुकून ? कहाँ मिलता है ? कहाँ रहता है ? कब आता है ? और कब जाता है ? हम इसे ढूंढ़ने के लिए क्यों इधर उधर भटकते है, जबकि हम सब को पता है की यह हमारे अंदर ही है।  लाइफ को हम सब ने race बना रखा , जब देखो हम किसी न किसी चीज़ के पीछे भागते रहते है ,इतना बिजी हो गए की जीना भूल गए और भागना सीख गए। मेरे साथ भी कुछ ऐसा ही था। २२ साल मैंने भी नौकरी की एंड fortunately ,मैं एक टीचर थी। अब टीचिंग जॉब भी बहुत चल्लेंजिंग  हो गयी है। पहले था 8 से २, पर अब 8 से जब तक स्कूल मैनेजमेंट चाहे 😁।  भागती दौड़ती ज़िन्दगी में मैं भी सुकून के पल ढूंढ़ने लगी वह भी किस्मे पिक्चर देखने ,सैर सपाटा , शॉपिंग ,दोस्तों के साथ उठना बैठना ,आदि आदि पर इन सब से कुछ देर का सुकून तो ...

दिन गुज़र जाते है पर किस्से और लोग याद रह जाते है ।हर दिन कोई ना कोई कहानी जन्म लेती है बस उस कहानी को कोई सुनाने वाला चाहिए । बात कुछ दिनों पहले की थी लगभग दिवाली का समय था । जैसा आप सभी जानते है की दिवाली की सफ़ाई और तैयारी महीनों पहले ही शुरू हो जाती है । मैं भी बड़े ज़ोर शोर से तैयारी में लगी हुई थी । घर साफ़ करने के बाद जिस चीज़ में मुझे मज़ा आता है वह है शिपिंग । चाहे घर पे चीज़ें होती है पर दिवाली पर वही चीज़ नई आती है ।मैंने कुछ ऑनलाइन शॉपिंग की और बहुत सी बाज़ार जाकर क्यूँकि दिवाली में बाज़ार की रौनक देखने से ही बनती है । वैसे तो अक्सर मैं अपने प्राणप्रिय के साथ शिपिंग करती हूँ पर इस बार उनकी व्यस्थता के कारण मैंने दिए गए अवसर का अकेले भरपूर आनंद लिया । मार्केट हर रोज़ की तरह ११ बजे तक खुलता था । मैंने भी अर्ली लंच करके , बैग में सामान की लिस्ट , सनग्लासेस और पर्स डालकर मार्केट की ओर निकल पड़ी । मार्केट पास में ही था तो पैदल चलकर १० मिनट में जब पहुँची तो वहाँ पहले से ही बहुत भीड़ थी ऐसा लगा जैसे सेल चल रही होगी । अपने आसपास जगमगाते हुए चहरों को देख , मैंने भी अपने चहरे में बैठ...

       Dear Readers Here I'm with a new blog for you and this time it's my dear Laika . Laika is my pet, whose gender is known but breed unknown .My known have their own opinion about her breed , maybe she is a Maltipoo or a Shih Tzu or some other mix breed .Whatever breed she belongs to, she's my darling. I got her , I may say found her one year back when she was being rescued from the neighbouring street of my house. She was being abandoned by some inhuman and inhumane personality and was left on the street for some unknown reasons. God is very kind that we found each other .People usually say that Laika is lucky that we picked her but I think we both are lucky .As a matter of fact, I would like to understand from the people who takes in pets but when they can't look after them well they leave them on the streets to die .Something I strongly believe that the world is full of good and bad ,and God has his ways.Laika found her way to our home...
